​I now teach exclusively on residential recorder courses in the UK and abroad. My ethos is to foster an atmosphere where people feel safe and relaxed yet purposeful in order to create a fulfilling musical experience for players at all levels. I have extensive and varied teaching and conducting experience and have conducted several of the UK recorder orchestras and worked closely with many of the composers currently writing for recorder orchestra. I have a special interest in renaissance facsimile and am happy to work with groups at all stages, whether beginner or more experienced.
